kid3 new upstream release 1.5 and move to universe

Status in “kid3” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: kid3

  New upstream release http://kid3.sourceforge.net/#download

  According to this bug

  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kid3/+bug/481789

there is a possible license conflict. We should remove MP4 support and
move kid3 back to universe. If it is uploaded, I am going to inform
  upstream about it.
