Status in “libxml++2.6” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Version 2.33.1 includes a fix that is necessary to avoid crashes when
  using libxml++ in a plugin of a program that uses libxml2. One of the
  affected plugins is lightspark. Could you please import libxml++
  2.33.1 in ubuntu? The package is already available in debian
  experimental.
