On Ubuntu 8.04, ggcov fails to run, error with shared library loading

TEST CASE:
on i386, package run fails because libbfd-2.18.so loading error, this package is only i386 package.

Regression potential:
Since it's a rebuild, potential for regression is almost 0.

course of action for hardy:
rebuild with a new version number.

$ ggcov
ggcov: error while loading shared libraries: libbfd-2.18.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
