A newer version 0.21.00 of the firmware test suite (fwts) tool is now
available.  This is a minor bug fix update.

Minor bug fixes, changes include:
 1.  acpi: wmi test: handle ACPI "table not found" correctly.
 2.  doc: manpage. fix --disassemble-aml text.
 3.  lib: framework: report month correctly (offset by 1)
 4.  remove unrequired debian/tmp path prefix from debian/*.install files
 5.  fix 2010 -> 2011 dates in debian/changelog for changes so far this year.
