Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The unnecessary build dependency on gir-repository-dev got dropped in Debian
too.

  * Bump libgssdp-1.0-dev build-dependency to (>= 0.8.2) for 1.2
    typelib.
