Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu packages were pushed in while Squeeze was under freeze, and
most of the changes were pushed back upstream or to the Debian maintainer,
so the differences are minimal. The only Ubuntu specific change that is
missing in practice from the Debian package is the watch file. That has
been reported here:
http://bugs.debian.org/615021
This is a very minor convenience file, and so its far more valuable for
us to be in sync with Debian.
