  Upload current Debian svn head to fix FTBFS.

  * Add 00upstream_video4linux_check.patch: Do not build
    hald-probe-video4linux if v4l1 is not available. (LP: #721399)
  * Refresh 99-autoreconf.patch for above.

Title:
  FTBFS in natty: fatal error: linux/videodev.h: No such file or
  directory

Status in “hal” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: hal

  The latest hal version in Ubuntu FTBFS due to being unable to ship an
  header. The header which it tries to ship, has been removed from the
  linux kernel since the version 2.6.38. Hence, it shouldn't be no
  longer shipped. This also led to a FTBFS of the package [1].
