Bug description:
  python-numpy has been upgraded to 1.5.1. As this package build-depends
  on python-numpy, it needs to be rebuilt.

  The binary packages are currently uninstallable owing to the following version restrictions:
  python-numpy (<< 1:1.5), python-numpy (>= 1:1.4.1)
