[Bug 432391] [NEW] Need patch to create Ubuntu One addressbook by default

We need to have the addressbook pointing to Ubuntu One created by
default for all users, so they don't have to do it manually. Since this
is Ubuntu specific, patch should not be upstreamed, just included in our
package
