Hi,

as of 1.14.16 the Description field in *_source.changes files is
missing. But this field is mandatory as mentioned in Debians package
policy for source only uploads.

During a chat on IRC with Raphael Herzog, who removed the field, this
will be re-introduced in 1.14.17.
