[Bug 186859] [NEW] hildon home window menu should be disabled for ubuntu-mobile

The drop down menu on the hildon home window should be hidden on ubuntu-
mobile as we only support a single full screen home applet, and don't
allow the user to select home applets to be displayed.

I've committed a fix, Revision 324, 332 at
https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-mobile/hildon-desktop/ubuntu
which controls hiding/showing of the menu based on a new gconf setting
that was added.
