Please sync mozilla-devscripts 0.17 (main) from Debian unstable (main).
This is a bug fix release. Only xpi.mk (used for building extensions) is
touched. I have tested it with at least five extensions to avoid
regressions.

Changelog since current karmic version 0.16:

mozilla-devscripts (0.17) unstable; urgency=low

  * xpi.mk:
    - Fail to build, if no xpi file is found.
      - update src/xpi.mk
    - only add stripped binary package name to xpi:Provides, if it equals the
      source package name

    - Fail to build, if the extension manager ID could not be detected.

    - support different types of install.rdf files (LP: #442897)
