  * Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
   + Remove stop links from rc0 and rc6.
   + Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
     specification.
   + Add forgotten versioned-dependency on sysv-rc to get new update-rc.d
    behaviour.
