[Bug 162749] [NEW] Please sync gst-pulse (main) 0.9.4-2 from debian unstable (main)

The only Ubuntu change has been included in Debian, so we can sync this
again.

gst-pulse (0.9.4-1ubuntu1) feisty; urgency=low

  * src/plugin.c:
    + Mark the pulseaudio gstreamer plugin with rank primary to make (if
      installed) pulse > alsadmix > esd > alsa > oss.
