Binary package hint: cloud-init

The motd hook that is installed by cloud-init is put into a subdirectory
of /etc/update-motd.d . It should have been installed into that
directory.

$ dpkg-query --show cloud-init
cloud-init	0.5.7-0ubuntu1

$ dpkg-query -L cloud-init | grep motd
/etc/update-motd.d
/etc/update-motd.d/92-ec2-upgrade-available
/etc/update-motd.d/92-ec2-upgrade-available/motd-hook

As it is, this will not be shown in message of the day.
