need an update for imagemagick to last version.

The current version of ImageMagick is 6.3.5 (june 2007), but in Ubuntu
Feisty, it's still the 6.2.4 (which dates back to 2005 !)

Please also split into binary and imagemagick-doc packages when you will
make new version of package - currently the imagemagick package contains
a very large amount of architecture-independent data (few megabytes of
API and other documentation) in one, architecture-dependent package.
