[Bug 430834] [NEW] gdm init scripts should launch xsplash --daemon instead of xsplash &

In the next release of xsplash we support running with --daemon option
to detach the process.  gdm's Init/Default and PreSession/Default files
currently call /usr/bin/xsplash & but should change to using
/usr/bin/xsplash --daemon
