[Bug 717168] Re: Please update poedit to 1.4.6.1

Difference my changes and this package in mentors is
- d/p/poedit.desktop has been refreshed, i try to use old patch and a patch cannot works well (hunk)
- a desktop file must not have extension in icon field, i checked with latest desktop-file-validate
- same version in mentors doesn't have debian/watch
- my changes has been build with wxwidgets2.8 in natty to avoid bug 610975

and i attached new debdiff which contain maverick changes
