Both utouch-frame and utouch-evemu need a MIR to move them to main
(where utouch-grail is). Until then utouch-grail will stay in DEPWAIT on
them.

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Please upload utouch-grail 1.0.18 to Ubuntu. The changes are binary
  compatible with 1.0.18 and includes an optional stable API. Old
  programs will run and compile fine against this new package.
