Thank you for your time and efforts making Ubuntu better! However, there
are FTBFS, needs futher investigation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  python-scipy: Depends: python-numpy (< 1:1.5) but 1:1.5.1-1ubuntu1 is to be installed.
The following actions will resolve these dependencies:

     Remove the following packages:                       
1)     pbuilder-satisfydepends-dummy                      

     Keep the following packages at their current version:
2)     python-scipy [Not Installed]

  python-numpy has been upgraded to 1.5.1. As this package build-depends
  on python-numpy, it needs to be rebuilt.
