  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Please upload utouch-grail 1.0.18 to Ubuntu. The changes are binary
  compatible with 1.0.18 and includes an optional stable API. Old
  programs will run and compile fine against this new package.

  team/utouch-grail/packaging, and the source package at
  https://code.launchpad.net/~utouch-team/utouch-grail/trunk.
