Ok, so, here is what needs to be fixed from the current package:

* the COPYING file is GPLv3, the comment here say the same thing and debian/copyright is confirming, which sounds correct for a compiz plugin. However, the headers are LGPL in the source file.
src/utouch.cpp: LGPL (v3 or later) 
src/utouch.h: LGPL (v3 or later) 

* debian/copyright should be updated to latest revision. Please refer to
libunity package (http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-
desktop/libunity/ubuntu/view/head:/debian/copyright) to have the latest
syntax.

* debian/rules, .install:
override_dh_install:
#       dh_install --fail-missing

This prevent files to be installed :) In any case, you shouldn't need a
.install file there as you only have one package. So removing the
.install file and the override in debian/rules will achieve exactly the
same in an automagic manner.

*  On the Vcs, can you please look at my last comment on bug #684275? I
think it applies as well (moving the packaging branch)

Otherwise, looks good, please fix those small issues :)
