OK, up to you. Feel free to speak to me for Debian sponsorship in the
future, and after a few uploads you can get Debian Maintainer status and
be able to upload yourself.

Title:
[needs-packaging] dirspec
Status in Ubuntu:
In Progress
Bug description:
dirspec is a modern, and maintained, cross-platform implementation of
the XDG Base Directory specification. It currently implements the base
directory specification for POSIX and for Windows. In the near future,
it will also include an implementation of the XDG User Folders, to
easily query for the Music folder for a user on Ubuntu and Windows.
