Bug description:
  Please sync libnl3 3.2.3-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Merge with Debian unstable; remaining changes: (LP: #901438)
      - debian/patches/lp854719_single_path_fixes.patch: if dealing with a single
        nexthop object for a route, apply the destination and interface directly
        to the underlying route object.
  These changes were included in the debian package (3.2.3-1).

  Changelog entries since current precise version 3.0-2ubuntu1:

  libnl3 (3.2.3-2) unstable; urgency=low

    * Upload to unstable
    * Split split udeb to be in line with regular packages
    * Move libnl and libnl-genl to /lib for iw and wpa_supplicant.

    * debian/libnl-3-200.install: netlink config files should be installed to
      /etc/libnl, not /etc/libnl3.
    * debian/libnl-3-doc.install,
      debian/libnl-3-doc.doc-base: update to take into account new paths.
