* Merge pending ubuntu patch.
* debian/patches/line.drawing.patch: When moving a wire so that it joins
with another delete the moved one, as well as extending the other.
* Remove obsolete dependency of libgnomeprint (Closes: #644563)
* Migrate to format 3.0 (quilt)
* Update Standards-Version to 3.9.2.

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Merge from debian unstable(LP: #623169), remaining changes:
+ Add debian/patches/line.drawing.dpatch:
- When moving a wire so that it joins with another delete the moved
wire, as well as extending the other. (LP: #60777)
