Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * ubuntu-work-around-missing-menubar.patch: Apply patch from Giorgio Maccari
    working around the missing menubar in Ubuntu. (LP: #692991)
  * debian/{control,rules}: Convert to dh_python2. (Closes: #616745)


- I built and ran bibus without applying any patch and menu bar is correctly showed.
- Debian has switched to dh_python2.
