[Bug 900770] [NEW] Typo in the german apt-get manpage

i found a typo in the german manpage from apt-get.

Because i dont know the next steps (upstream in debian, fixing the issue
correctly) i have provided a patch.

Would be great if the german loco team can give me some support on this
issue.
