Thanks for taking the time to prepare this update.

Whats the current status of getting this package into Debian? I'd prefer
to push a new upstream release that way at this point in the Ubuntu
release cycle.

I did take a look at the attached debdiff; however I had issues applying
without alot of hacking as the generated upstream tarball contains
Windows formatted files so the patch in the debdiff won't apply cleanly.
It would be great if that could be tidied up first; maybe using a bzr
branch might make that a little easier.

     - Update for the new release.
     - Don't ship obsolete Chinese doc.
     - Make bzip2 tarball.
    * debian/control
     - Remove unneeded tofrodos dependency.
     - Bump debhelper to 8.
