Due to the accidental archive sync a month ago the existing enthough 4 stack
got synced to ubuntu but not the new sources which are needed to build/run it.
python-traitsui is e.g. required for mayavi2 and python-chaco (bug 831530)

It is a rename from python-traitsgui and introduces new features
and quite possibly also some regressions but this risk must be
taken in order to fix the already synced packages.

This ffe should be granted together with bug 831928 and bug 831930
