Hi Mathieu,

This updates evolution-mapi to the latest version, which is compatible with the versions of Evolution and OpenChange in the archive. Unfortunately it took a while before I could propose this for inclusion, because I had to get all the prerequisites synced and building first.

If this seems reasonable, can you perhaps sponsor this upload? I guess we'll also have get a FFe for it, since this is a new upstream release.
