[Bug 831930] [NEW] FFe: Sync python-pyface 4.0.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Due to the accidental archive sync a month ago the existing enthough 4 stack
got synced to ubuntu but not the new sources which are needed to build/run it.
python-pyface is e.g. required for mayavi2

It replaces python-traitsbackend{wx,qt} so it could introduce some regressions
but this risk must be taken in order to fix the already synced packages.
