Title:
xorg driver fallback for arm is missing pvr for omap 4

Status in “xorg-server” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
The patch debian/patches/111_armel-drv-fallbacks.patch was created to
be able to load the arm related xorg drivers and use fbdev as a
fallback. This is needed at arm platforms as usually the drivers are
platform devices, without an easy way to identify if the platform
contains or not a supported hardware.

Currently this is lacking support for the pvr driver available at
Pandaboard, so the only way to make it use the proprietary driver is
by creating a xorg.file. As the change is quite simple, I'm making
  this as a bug.

Fix should follow as a merge proposal.
