Status in “clang” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
   clang (2.9-8) unstable; urgency=low
   .
     * CFLAGS are now also multiarch. clang will now search in
       /usr/include/HOST_MULTIARCH_TRIPLET/ for C headers (Closes: #633739)
       (LP: #764870)

  
  This should fix our FTBFS for libdispatch and prolly some other packages also.
