[Bug 820098] [NEW] Can't select RDP in Vinagre

RDP appears to have been supported in Vinagre since 2.31.4, and the
package currently in Oneiric (3.1.4-ubuntu2) claims to support VNC, RDP,
and SSH.  However, the protocol pull down menu only includes VNC with
seemingly no way of enabling RDP.
