Bug description:
  Please sync wvstreams 4.6.1-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  Ubuntu diff was for FTBFS and is included in the Debian 05_gcc.diff patch
  This will also effectively rebuild for the libssl1.0.0 transition

  Changelog entries since current oneiric version 4.6.1-1ubuntu1:

  wvstreams (4.6.1-2) unstable; urgency=low

    * QA upload.
    * Switch to format 3.0 (quilt).
    * debian/patches/05_gcc.diff:
      - Fix FTBFS with new gcc (Closes: #621990).
    * Drop obsolete Conflicts/Replaces fields.
    * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.2.
