Bug description:
  Please sync binutils-avr 2.20.1-2 (universe) from Debian sid (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

  Delta was because binutils-source (2.20.1) was dropped from Ubuntu and was
  still in Debian. It has since been dropped from Debian, and debian now
  includes the source the same as the Ubuntu delta did.

  This sync is needed because of the accidental archive sync this week. The 
  avr crosstoolchain is now dep-waiting this sync.

  Changelog entries since current oneiric version 2.20.1-1ubuntu2:

  binutils-avr (2.20.1-2) unstable; urgency=low

    * Include our own copy of the binutils 2.20.1 source since binutils-
      source now provides version 2.21 and version 2.20.1 is the latest with
      upstream avr support (closes: #618657).
    * Added -Wno-error=unused-but-set-variable and -Wno-error=unused-but-
      set-parameter flags.
    * Replaced the patch-set with the patch-set provided by Atmel at
