I just realised this is a potential security upload.  Normally a good idea to follow the conventions as outlined in the template here:
  - https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SecurityTeam/UpdatePreparation#Update_the_packaging

However, note that this should still target the oneiric release pocket, as it's not release yet. So append "SECURITY UPDATE:" and add a link to the patch if viable.  I doubt this will get a CVE number, so that can probably be left blank.
