Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
We can sync the package as ubuntu change has been incorporated in the ubuntu package.

  * New maintainer. (Closes: #632878)
  * Depend on 'openbsd-inetd | inet-superserver'. (Closes: #497193, #599554)

  * Switch debian/rules to minimal dh.
  * Switch to source format 3.0 (quilt).
