Title:
glew1.5 shouldn't provide unversioned dev packages

Status in “glew1.5” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
glew1.5 shouldn't provide unversioned dev packages so that packages
that are ready can transition to glew 1.6

This actually causes any package that build-deps on libglew-dev or
libglewmx-dev to FTBFS (depwait) at the moment since 2 sources provide
  the same virtual package.
