Sync ACK: Ubuntu variation is no longer required with closure of Debian
bug #634270 (and confirmed in test-build for armel)

Additional Debian changelog:
golang (1:59-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Imported Upstream version 59
  * Refresh patches to a new release
  * Fix FTBFS on ARM (Closes: #634270)
  * Update version.bash to work with Debian packaging and not hg
    repository
