Title:
fwts: should use sysconf() to determine number of processors on a
  system

Status in “fwts” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: fwts

fwts is currently using /proc/acpi to determine number of CPUs on a
system. Instead, fwts should use sysconf() instead since the
/proc/acpi/ interface for determining CPU information is now
deprecated and hence it won't work.
