[Bug 647063] [NEW] Jerky h.264 video playback

Playback is jerky with h.264 videos.
For example, if you watch a video in Totem with the Arte plugin (I maintain the relative package), GStreamer only plays half frames.

I confirm that this fix works as expected, h.264 videos are now smooth
(as in VLC or MPlayer).

I attached a debdiff.
