Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Package now using python 2.6
Package builds fine in pbuilder

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
Needed by calendarserver 2.4 update (LP: #631221)
This version was removed from testing due to (LP: #349837) and Debian #529210

twisted-calendarserver (8.2.0.svn27622-1) experimental; urgency=low

  * twisted calendar is installed into a separate directory along with other
    dependent twisted packages so that it does not conflict with the existing
    twisted packages
