Status in “utouch-grail” package in Ubuntu: Fix Released

Bug description:
This code fixes the  "too many abs events", "tapping when doing 3-2 quickly", and "no tapping for trackpads" bugs.

No bug numbers are associated with these bug fixes.  They are required for proper behaviour with tested hardware in Unity.

Please upload version 1.0.14 to Maverick before the RC release.
