Please sync gkdebconf 1.2.66 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only change was valid for PPC and SPARC architectures, the latter of which
have been dropped now. Build also succeeds in maverick pbuilder, so we can
safely sync.
