Please sync gkdebconf 1.2.66 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only Ubuntu change was valid for PowerPC and Sparc architectures, which
have been dropped. Hence, we can sync.
