Please sync libjackasyn 0.11-4 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only change was moving to libjack-dev in Ubuntu, which has been accepted
in Debian and package builds fine in maverick chroot, hence changes can be
safely dropped.

Changelog entries since current maverick version 0.11-2ubuntu4:

libjackasyn (0.11-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * QA upload.
  * fix kFreeBSD, apply Cyril Brulebois patch (closes: #416260)

libjackasyn (0.11-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * Change maintainer to Debian QA Group.
  * fix kFreeBSD, apply Cyril Brulebois patch (closes: #416260)
  * Build depend on libjack-dev (closes: #527416 )
  * use (= ${binary:Version}) instead of (= ${Compiled-Version}) to declare the
    dependency between libjackasyn-dev and libjackasyn0
