Added (LP: #661056). And please use a different name than "debian-
ubuntu.debdiff", please at least add the package name somewhere, so I
don't end up with debian-ubuntu.debdiff, debian-ubuntu.debdiff.1,
debian-ubuntu.debdiff.2, etc. when trying to sponsor more than one patch
at a time.

Binary package hint: acct

acct (6.5.4-2.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * NMU with maintainer's blessing.
  * Call autoreconf in debian/rules, add autoconf and automake to
    build-dependencies.
    Thanks to Mats Erik Andersson for the hint to how to solve this.
    (closes: #579483).
