[Bug 681755] [NEW] Allow FFADO devices to be used by current logged in user

Now that bug #626665 is fixed, we can complete the effort by adding the
line below to the acl rules, to enable all audio firewire devices to be
used by the current logged in user. Will attach debdiff shortly.
