This updates xiphos to the latest release 3.1.4, to bring compatibility with xulrunner2.0 and gtkhtml 3.23.

It will be uploaded to debian experimental after sword packaging is updated to 1.6.2. I'm hoping to get sword 1.6.2 into natty at a later stage.

The current packaging is fine with one issue: lintian trips over xiphos-dbg with "warning: collect info objdump-info about package xiphos-dbg failed". I will investigate the issue further, but I do see objdump output within lintian lab.
